In desperate need of ideas and help

Hello to everyone,

I am writing on behalf of a very good Albanian friend of mine She is having the dream to come to the EU to live and work here as a legal resident. Her favourite destination would be Belgium, as she has some family and friends there but she could also imagine to live in another country.

It is very difficult for her to find such an opportunity and she has lost almost all her hope after trying to find a way for quite some time already. Therefore, I offered to her to post this message because I hope that there might be some people out there, who were in a similar situation in the past and who managed to find a way to start a new life here. My friend would be very grateful to hear from any of you who were in such a situation or from people who are EU citizens and who might have any useful advice. I was for example thinking about ideas on how to find a job or a traineeship or just to hear any of your success stories but anything is welcome. However, please no comments suggesting a marriage of convenience or similar things. This is not an option for her.

To give you a better idea, my friend studied Politics and Public Administration and has put her focus on Human Resource Management. She is fluent in Albanian, English, French, Italian and Spanish and has recently started to study German. She is a smart, ambitious and hard working girl.
