I have a question
if a person would buy a franchise in UK for 200,000 as required from a British ( UK based) franchiser, do i ( as a franchisee) should implement the franchise INSIDE UK??? even of royalties were paid for the British Franchiser? and even if i was able to employee two British employees in the main office in London?

If I get you right you thinking buying a franchise and operate it from outside uk...while you employ two settled individual?

Well the rule is clear on this ...you will need to operate it here in the UK but then you could make use of the 180days in a year to attend to other businesses you may have outside of uk.

I hope am able to clear some of your doubts.
