Work under Entrepreneur Visa

If my business is not running good. Am I allowed to work with some organisation under my Tier1(Entrepreneur visa) ?

Yes, but only if the company you work for pays your business for the services you are providing; in other words your business bills them for the service it is providing. You can't be an employee of another entity.
