Dependent ILR Query - Pls. help

Dear members,

I was reading the new rules for Dependent's ILR and I am bit confused on the new rules (i.e. 2 years wait or 5 years wait)

The query is for my wife's ILR. Here is the case

My (main applicant visa)
On Tier 1 General since January 2011
ILR due January 2016.
I have and am planning to stay continuously till Jan 2016.

My wife's case:

Tier 1 General Dependent visa stamped on: April 2011
She visited here for 5 months and returned India.
Visa expired: Jan 2013

Tier 1 General Dependent visa stamped on: Feb 2013
She is staying with me since March 2013 and planning to be with me till Jan 2016.

Please can someone help me understand when will she be due for ILR?

is it 2 years from Feb 2013 or 5 years?
