Lost Old passport with with visa & In/Out stamp, Naturaliza

Hi we (Husband, Wife with one kid) are applying for Naturalisation (ILR since Jan 2013 with PR Card) but my and my son's passport was lost last year in around May 2013 in which there were several visa stamps and in and out journey stamp, We got new passport from Indian embassy in London but we lost few detail like HSMP visa stamps and in and out journey date record,

My question is how can we prove that actually how many days we been travelled out of uk during last 5 year? What additional document I can put to prove how many days I stayed outside UK during last 5 year? I have photocopy of old/lost passport is that any useful?
also would like to know how many months Bank statement and payslip need to submit?

Letter from your employer stating that you were employed and present in the UK, bank statements..
