Am I eligible to apply UK VISA again?

Hello,
I had Tier-2 (ICT) Short Term UK visa from 6th July 2012 to 5th July 2013. I had travelled to UK from 6th July 2012 to 31st March 2013 (9 Months). Then, I am working in my country from April 2013 to till now.
So the 12 months cooling period is over if I consider it from my return date, but as my VISA end date I have completed 11 months outside of UK.
Can you please confirm if I am eligible to apply again for Tier-2 (ICT) Short Term VISA?
Is this cooling period is applicable if I apply for Tier-2 (ICT) Long Term VISA?
What is the minimum salary required for applying Tier-2 (ICT) Long Term VISA?

1) Your cooling-off period can commence from the day you left UK provided some conditions are met. Check point 26 in the T2 guidance.

2) No cool-off applicable from ST to LT visa.

Hi

I have below situation :-

I came on feb 7th under TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM FOR 6 MONTHS.

MY COS AND VISA are stamped from febrairy to august.

I july , i am going back to India and my project with the client will also end at the same time.

What are the possibilities for me to come back again if another UK client with same sponsor is willing to consider me for an assignent ?

My salary is less that 40k ?

Will this cos/visa be extended or a completely new process needs to be followed ?

Can i show this period of 15- 1 month as vacation ?

Can i extend the cos and visa in UK itself if the new client is willing to do so ?
