Sent AN form concerns!!

Post by xyz111 » Fri Jun 06, 2014 8:26 am

Hi,
I posted AN form for myself yesterday based on ILR: 05/06/2013 (was in UK exactly 5 years ago).

I am just wondering if someone could advise if I have made a mistake:

* I could not include copy of wife’s passport with the form. So I immediately sent it using another special delivery Royal Mail envelope; they will arrive today at the same time. Just wondering if this is going to create issues!! As HO might have difficulties in collating my docs against application!

* I could not see any signature boxes on payment form!!

Thanks

In approximately 10-14 days you should receive acknowledgment letter with you reference number on it.
If you are concerned you can always send copies of your wife's passport again with covering letter this time knowing that it has been included in your application.
I am sometimes wrong.

As far as I know you need a passport from a spouse only if you are applying as a spouse of BC.
