Please I need your advice , great people of this forum.
I was married to eea national december 2009 and due to various problems, we divorced October 2013. I retained my right after the divorce. And will be applying PR November this year(2014)
I met a non eea who doesn't live in UK and we are now taking things to the next level. We are getting married in August this year. And he will be joining me in the uk after my PR.
My questions are:
Can I apply for PR days before it clocks 5 years exact that I married my ex eea husband. I read application can be sent in 28 days before the 5 year mark.
The second question is
Will my marriage to the non-eea living outside UK affect my rights in anyway please.
Will it affect my PR application.
Please I will more than appreciate you great advice.

Many many thanks for your quick response. So I can apply 28 days before it clocks 5 years that I was married to my ex eea national ?
