Docs Check for UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa

I will be applying for the UK Tier 1 Team Entrepreneur visa from Dubai, UAE. I will be starting a new Interior Designing Business in London

Following is the list of documents i will submit: Please guide me if i am missing anything

1. Application form (Both Partners)
2. Photos
3. Passport
4. 200.000 Statement (In Partners Account)
5. Bank Letter Confirming funds available.
6. IELTS
7. Maintenance Bank Statement
8. Business Plan and Market Research
9. CVs

2 - Photos? if you mean photos of designs you made then put that in the business plan itself at the end mentioning previous experience. If you mean passport size photo, then just one, glued to the application form printed online after payment is done. They will take photo as well as part of the biometric intake.

3 - All previous 10 years expired passports (so basically any passport issued to you starting 2004)

4 & 5: I did not research Team applications as i am applying myself, but i am guessing you need your name mentioned in the bank account and all letters. You just need to make sure the bank will mention that the money is available for BOTH of you. Others here who know all about team application can help and read other posts about reason for refusal in Team applications.

If you are bringing your family with you, mention them in your application and add their original english or translated birth certificates and marriage certificate. If you are not bringing any dependents, its good idea to add your own original english or translated birth certificate along with your passports, just makes their security check easier and no name confusion or mismatches.

If the bank does not mention both the name on the Bank Letter, so what options do we have ?.

we will apply first and if we get the visa then we will apply for the dependents. so is it important for us to put the dependents name in the application?.

Make sure that you will add some Project profile which you did in UAE , you should show u have a good experience in your field .

if they ask you for interview , make sure you have a good feedback for what you have to do in UK

Not sure about separate agreement, i think you don't need it as the online application as a team is sort of agreement. Check other who did Team application in their post of paperwork they did.

You do need to add your name to the bank. All letters needs to show both names. If the bank agreed (as you said before) to give you the exact format letters then the bank may add your name, otherwise you will need to move the money to a joint account so the letters comes out in both names as normal.

Did you try to get test letters from the bank? As i suggested before to try to ask the bank for the letters just to make sure they will issue the letters as they said they will. Major banks in UAE (EmiratesNBD & ADIB) do not give out other than fixed format letters which is not what UKBA wants.

Yes, there is a section in the main application for you to mention wife & kids details such as passport numbers, birth dates and such. So even if you will apply for them later on, do fill this section and add their birth certificates & marriage certificate

It's better to have a contract with your partner and do mention about the funds that the funds will be used by both or something similar. It's better not to give UKBA any chance of rejection. It is possible that your friend will get the visa and you won't. So don't let this happen, also take expert advice on this as money is the most important part of the application for the UKBA. You can also open a joint account and consider showing 200k funds in it. All the best!
