Naturalisation for baby born in UK

Hi All,

Thanks for your response in advance.

I got my ILR on 12th may 2014 and my passport expires on jan 2015

My wife and one daughter (1 year old) was born in UK they both are on dependant visa .VISA expires on end of Sep 2014 .

Please let me know what si the procedure for applying the UK passport for my daughter .
I am not clear about the MN section 13 form and NCS applying through them .

I am planning to got o india for vacation in november .please kindly suggest me the procedure and timelines

First you will have to get your daughter's citizenship registered under provision 1(3). After she has gotten her registration certificate, she is now a UK citizen. Then you can apply for her UK passport.
