UK Tier 2 ICT -need help

Hi team

My T2 ICT VISA was issued before 5th April 2010 and COS was issued on 23rd Feb 2010 and the same VISA has been extended two times in UK and now my existing visa is valid till 1st Oct 2014 (I will be going to stay total 4 years 6 months)But now my company is not willing to extend further and asking us to go back to india.

Can someone pls advice me , is there any option to convert T2 ICT to any other category ? If this is possible then can i apply LIR after 1st April 2015.

Yes, Since your ICT visa issued before Apr 2010 rules you have an option to convert your ICT Visa to Tier2 General and can apply for ILR next year.
