Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Appeal Dismissal

Hi Guys

I was on PSW visa in UK till 6 January 2014. I applied for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in December 2013 and was rejected in January 2014. I appealed against this decision via Kings Court Chambers. My hearing was on 23 May 2014 and I just got a letter from the FT tribunal against this yesterday. My appeal was dismissed on 2 June 2014.

Can I have some suggestions on what my next step should be? Appeal to the Upper Tribunal or make a new application?

I want to make a fresh application in the same category Tier 1 Entrepreneur.

1. How many days do I have to make this fresh application?
2. Does the refusal and appeal affect the new application?
3. Do I have to leave the country immediately or can I make a new application from in-country?

Where was your appeal venue?

If u r ready to put 2nd application than apply straight away.

If u need some time to prepare yourself than lodge appeal in ut.

if you believe recent decision contains any material error that can lead or make upper tribunal to accept and hear your case you should further appeal otherwise re-apply.

it has commonly been seen that the most of people who re-applied after they covered the mistakes that they made at the 1st place got their visas. make sure you do not do what you did at the 1st place as well as you are complying with rest of requirements same time. as almost everyone knows its next 28 days you can apply within once a decision is made and you decide not to appeal or further appeal.
previous application its impact on a new application should not be more than they will more carefully assess your application specially the points caused your application being refused last last time provided you did not have used any false information to support your application. applying within 28 days in side UK you will be applying lawfully and under the provision and policy that means they will consider your application normally if you satisfy the requirements it should go successful this time.
