Proof of Financial for student visa

Dear all friends,

I am Thai, 10 day ago I apply ''student visitor visa'' for myself and using my mother Bank account of £ 18,000 to sponsor me.

I hope my visa will approve soon.

My question is
1 )'' After my visa approved can my brother who wanted to apply for student visitor visa use my mother Bank account in this same amount to sponsor him.

Please note : My brother had put money in to his account £ 10,000 but not 28 days yet ?

2 ) How much money have to show in Bank account as they requirement ?
