I think the person must obtain a new passport from the Brunei consulate in UK. Then I think it's ok to carry both passports.

I can't see ILR being issued on an expired passport or FLR for that matter.

Mmm, gentlemen, the manoeuver was subtle: change the subject line immediately above the msg to call out one person's name:

badmaash may I suggest that you send Victoria a private message (pm) so you can get her full attention?

Well to me that's plain rude. Along the lines of 'Experts only pls, I'm not interested in participating, I just want the correct answer for free and I'm gone, take and no give'

Some people.....

May I suggest he pays for it too instead of expecting it for free.

Wanderer is just being cheeky. You have to understand his sense of humour or rather lack of it. He really couldn't care less that you were asking Victoria, he will just boycott your thread if he was miffed.

Jesus, the answer's bloody obvious isn't it? Get a new passport! That's what people normally do when a passport expires.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.

One day you will be like me, little grasshopper. Until then just watch and learn.

No it wouldn't! I am not the only person here who can answer questions, so please DO NOT PM me unless there is something that you have a specific wish to discuss in confidence.

I personally never answer PM's. As far as I'm concerned the only sort of questions worth answering are ones that can be shared with all members of this board.
