UK Tier 2 Dependant Visa

Hi, my wife has applied for a T2 Dependant Visa from Delhi on the 28/5/14, I had called UKVI on the 10/6/14 and they confirmed that a decision has been made, but we have not received any mail or sms regarding it being dispatched to VAC. she is supposed to travel on 13/6/14. Is there anything to do to get the Visa in hand by tomorrow.?

Did she not enroll for mobiles updates? That would have been better for tracking purposes.

On a seperate note, you should not have booked the tickets before getting the visa in hand.

If you can see there, you can call bluedart and request an early delivery. Else, you may have to call UKVI to check on the dispatch status.
