My girlfriend is an Australian living in Australia. We spent the month together last month, and I will be going to Australia in October for a month, and her back here in January. She intends to move over here to study dental nursing next year. We have been informed by the dental folks that this course is a one day a week course on a work placement and will simply require a visa which allows to work for a year or (preferably) more. The course is one year long on average and will help set her up with a job whilst on the course. We both have a fair amount of savings, or enough to start us off at least.
What visa should she apply for, as she wants to have it before applying to the dental people as they are more likely to accept her this way. After she has done her course and is working and I hopefully have a somewhat better paying job (don't we all wish for such a thing
) we intend to look for a home and get married, so that will extend her visa hopefully. This is basically just the first step.Kind Regards,
