CAn I apply EEA Application

Dear All,

I am resident of uK with PSW as dependent of PSW. Now my Hussband want to apply Tier 1 Busienss Visa with 50,000 Investement , But I am more intrested in EEA2 Application with sponsorship of Dutch National who is my real Sister. She send me money every month.
to live in uk and she is also ready to come in uK to exercise EU Treety Rights

I need an advise what is the best option to do this application i have following questions if any one can answer?

1- Should i apply as a single applicant or with whole family of 2 kids + Hussband total 4

2- how many months of dependency do i need to show as post dependency and pre dependency ?

3- what is the best option for my EU National Sister to Practice ( As Self Employed and show some business ) OR Employed with How many months Pay SLips and what should be her salary per month ?

I really appreciate if some one can answer these question my visa is going to finish on 11-07-2014.......

As per your explained situation you won't apply EEA2.
Your sister lives in France and you are in UK with your husband.
If your sister sent you a regular money then this does not means that you are her dependent.
