Tier 2 (General) Dependent Visa Query (Urgent)

Hi,

I want to applying for Tier 2 General Dependent visa for my wife and kids online and have few queries pertaining to this.

Note: I got my Tier 2 visa just few days back. I am still in India and want to go to UK along with family to join new company in UK. Also I am yet to resign from my current company in India

Q1. Is below category correct while applying online?
For My wife:
Reason for visit: Work
Visa type: Tier 2 (General) visa
Visa sub type: General Partner, up to 3 years

For My Children:
Reason for visit: Work
Visa type: Tier 2 (General) visa
Visa sub type: General Child, up to 3 years

Q2. While going through dependent's online form i found below Qs which are confusing to me in my case as i've not yet landed in UK

a) Is the main applicant living in the UK? - No
b) What is the address where the main applicant works or studies? ​- Is this my current company address?
c) What is the start date of the job or course​ - Is this the start date of my current job?
d) What is the end date of the job or course - Is this the end date of my current job?

I would really appreciate if some body could address these asap.
