THIRD PARTY FUNDING

Pls when it comes to third party funding, I understand that the funds will be in the name of someone else not mine but can that third party be someone that lives outside the UK, e.g Can my brother in Africa be that third party with the funds in his name followed by the necessary documents?

Yes, It can be anyone one from any part of the world. All you need is their bank statement , a letter from your brother stating the relationship and that he is happy to fund your business and also a letter from a legal party stating that the documents are true.

great....but pls when you say legal party. I suppose that means a lawyer and can the ''legal party be from African too or it has to be from UK? pls pls! great minds...point me in the right direction. Thank you!!
