Very confused - Please HELP

Visa Stamped: 28 July 2009 (Tier2 Gen)
Date entered UK: 9 August 2009

Now that I have read and confirmed, I can apply for ILR 28days before 28th July ( as I entered the UK within 90 days)

I have booked same day appointment on 3rd July 2014, I am confused as I entered the UK 9th Aug 2009 so I will not complete 4 yrs 11 months ... Can I still apply or I have to wait ??

Yes u are right, 4 years 11 months 2 (3) days after your first entry to UK.

Is it after your first Entry or from the time the visa is stamped ??
