From Tier 5 to Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur

Hi, All!
I have got Tier 5 YMS visa on July last year and will be expired on July next year.

I am doing a Master at the moment and I would like to apply for tier 1
graduate entrepreneur visa after my course.

I plan to apply it in South Korea with the endorsement from the university.

They are the main questions!

1. Am I eligible to apply Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur by Tier 5 outside of UK?

2.If I can, does the visa have restrictions with the graduation year (a degree awarded
year) of an applicant when he applies for the endorsement from the uni?

3. Even if my visa type before application was Tier5(Youth Mobility
Scheme) or Tier2(General), is it still okay to apply for this visa?
