hi, i came here in 2009 on student visa than after my college revoked by ukba and they caught me at my work place after that i appy for aslyum in 2012 and still last 18 month m waiting for result ,so (i have no permission to work ,so its hard to survive )
can i apply for work permission ?if yes than how ?or
do i apply for any other categeory visa like work permit or student again
some one help me ple

Applied for asylum on what grounds? Because you got working on an expired student visa?

You could ask for permission to work if you have been waiting for over 12 months for an initial decision https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... considered

But m scared if I apply for work and than they quick look my case and refuse and deport me
So m really confused

I dont think you can apply in any category while your asylum application is being considered.If you want to make any application you may have to withdraw your asylum application.
