Tier 2 ICT Visa Dispensation Benefits

Hi All,

Can you please help me understand the dispensation benefits in taxes, for a person on Tier 2 ICT visa?

Is it true that if you avail dispensation benefits in taxes in a tier 2 ICT visa(2 Years) then your visa can not be extended for another term? Does this require any cooling period?

Also if it is true then is there any way I can cancel the dispensation benefit and pay the taxes which will enable me to extend the VISA.
