Entrepreneur Visa with 50k funds

Hi Everyone.

I have a friend she is on tier 2 dependent visa, she has done masters from UK and later her husband got a job offer in UK, So instead of switching to PSW she opt for Tier 2. Now she works with me from time time on freelance basis for my company, she is looking for an option to switch to entrepreneur visa in future, as she planing to invest some funds in business with me (I am on Tier 1 and will be qualified for ILR early next year). I was wondering how she have to go about applying for Entrepreneur Visa(50 K), when she is not on PSW. Does she has to be PSW and if yes can I give job offer to her from my company and then she applies for PSW then entrepreneur?

I know its sounds a bit complicated, So i was wondering whats your call on it?
