Appeal Dismissed. Please help

Hello,
I applied in November 2013 under the 50k route. 34k in third-party account and the rest in my account. My visa was refused because I did not provide a bank letter from the third party confirming that the money will be available to me. Even though I provided a letter from the third party and declaration from a lawyer.
I appealed this case but my appeal was dismissed. I am taking it to UT. Has anyone had this experience? Please what do you advice at this point?
