I need a bit of clarification regarding Child Tax Credits, Child Benefits and Housing benefit.
Me and my daughter are British citizen and my wife is on 2 years probationary Spouse Visa with 'No recourse to Public Funds'.
Just wanted to clarify whether claiming HB and CTC would have effect on my wife's ILR application due in five month time?
Housing benefit and child tax credit are joined claim under my name
Child tax credit paid to my wife account but the claim on my name
Am working full time yearly income £20.000 since 2008 to current date
We are homeless since august 2013 to current date and living in bed and breakfast accommodation
Also how much the minimum income to apply for ILR under spouse visa category
Can you please advice in those issue if effect ILR application on next five month.
