I need help please urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. I am working tier 2 general visa and recently got opportunity with other company on shortage occupation and i applied for visa and got approved my visa but work starting date is in july.2014. now i been offered same job and better opportunity from my current company and i would like to stay with my current company could you advise me what should i have to apply again with new COS under change of employemnt without joinging other company.

2. my wife and kid both are in UK, have not applied visa with me one day services, i was thinking to apply by post but now i am thinking to reapply again, what should my depandant have to do ? can they apply with me or wait for my visa to be aproved back to again with my current company?

This is one of the worst situations you can put yourself in - leaving a job and going back to it when shown a better carrot.

Think about how your reputation will remain when pulled back into the same job after resigning... you can be assured you will be high up on the list of people to be made redundant when the situation arises.

In either case you need to make a new Tier 2 application and could very well find yourself with no job... my advice stay with the new company.

The application process starts again.

1) Your current employer will have to issue a new CoS now since the old one is invalid due to your new visa from your new employer. You new employer will be required to report your non-availability to HO. If the new job is not under SOL, RMLT will be required.

2) Your dependants can apply along with you or they can apply later as well.

However, I'm not sure of their immigration status since they are not on your latest visa as of today. Maybe experts can advice on this.
