CoS 3 years limit in SMS?

CoS 3 years limit in SMS?

Hi,

My employer is trying to issue me a CoS for 5 years, tier 2 general. However, if the length of engagement is specified as more than 3 years, than the SMS lists an error claiming that the CoS can only be up to 3 years.

What should we do?

ask your employer to call the HO helpline: 0300 123 4699
