working as a private hire Driver

well I was wondering if Tier1 entrepreneur 50K routed could do private hire(taxi) after the visa.
if one does any implication ?? considering visa conditions I do not see anything which says one has to stick to level 4 job once visa is issued? please fire-away your opinions

you cannot work as taxi driver under 50k. If caught then will be trouble. HMRC usually try to find such people who are not registered as self-employed but still doing taxi, so if located by hmrc then will be trouble. as then u will need to be registed as self-employed which will be high lighted to home office that u did taxi when u will apply for extenion.
