Pls attention reg. Venture capital firm for outside UK

Hi Mates, I am planning to apply Tier 1 entrepreneur visa from India and I came to know is it possible to use letter from venture capital firm for 50k so we don't need to show 200k. I would like to know whether its possible to apply by showing 50k letter from venture capital firm from India..... if yes pls suuggest me a genuine venture capital virm for my process........ thanks

You say that you "came to know". Who was that, your barber? Why don't you just read the policy guidance? It clearly defines the scope of the VC firm that is permitted for this immigration category.

Hi Luca.... my simple question is whether its possible to use venture capital firm letter of 50k pounds from India instead of showing 200k pounds of my own money.....?

Logically, it would be hard to convince Venture Capital (which is based in UK) to approve you funding when you are already in India and haven't been to UK. Good Luck in trying to convince that to UK Embassy Case worker.

Getting approval from Venture Capital is a vigorous (and time consuming) process if you are going through proper channels. Have you done any research yourself?

This man wants to use INDIAN based capital venture firm.

This man wants to use INDIAN based capital venture firm.
For UKVI's Tier 1 Entrepreneur Program, you must use one or more registered venture capital firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Even if the firm is based in India, your job is to make sure that it must be regulated by UK's FCA

It doesn't say that a venture capital firm has to be UK based. All you need is that VC firm to be in the list of FCA. A lot of European based VC firms are also listed in FCA
