I'm a Nigerian presently living and studying in spain but my dad has his spanish passport, he will be moving to the uk very soon and i am also thinking of going with him with the family permit visa. I am in my 2rd year at the university here, can i with the family permit continue my studies, work and probably live in the uk(without having anyproblem bcos of the family permit for the admission as i have to transfer my credits). Will i have access to any funds or grants to pay my fees with the family permit, as a student from another eu country (as EU student). Not having to pay same amount as the international students.
Secondly, before i entered university here in spain, i have been dating my gf who is a spanish citizen but moved to live in the uk, now we have been together for 4years, jst wanna know if we could apply for the partner(unmarried) family permit even though we never lived together before she left to uk as she was living with her parents. But we talk and still together. Our relationship is a serious one. Thanks
