Pakistan Visa, overstaying

Post by safeelUk » Fri Jun 20, 2014 3:31 pm

Hi all,

First time ive been to this board and its because i cant get any answers from the Pakistan embassy.

My daughter (british citizen by birth, 3yr old) has gone to Pakistan with my wife (pakistani national, ILR in the UK).

I booked the trip and got daughters visa applied and off they went.
Wife didnt need visa as she is a pakistani national.

I have since found out that the visa they applied, although i purchased a 6 month one, lasts only 90 days. The trip i booked was for 110 days.

So my question is, does anybody know how i can get around this 90 day limit?

I have been told that if my wife registers my daughter as a pakistani citizen and gets her the NICOP card then my daughter can return whenever she wants, even after the visa has expired.

Is this correct? does anybody know otherwise?

I can change the flights but flights for early September (just before the 90 days are up) are an extra £400!! I cant afford to pay that much so i am stuck. Any help or advice or direction is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
Saf

p.s MODS if this is in the wrong forum please move it, Thanks

yes thats correct even your doughter no needs for pakistani visa just book tickets for your wife and doughter thats how i went to pakistan with my doughter than i went to nadra office all they need is both parents narda ID card number.I f your wife is still single on nadra card then she must have to change her status first then she can apply for your doughter and once your doughter gets Overseas card than she can stay as long as they want.
