Documents required for Tier 2 ICT Long Term Dependent VISA

Hi,
I have been living in London for past 6 months on ICT Long Term Staff Migrant visa. I have recently got married in India and am planning to bring my wife to UK on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner visa. Can someone please confirm what all documents are required for the same. I know the list of docs but not sure if I need to produce Bank statement to show maintenance funds. I have got letter of sponsorship for first month from my employer and I would thought that Bank statement should not be required in this case. But I have been hearing both answers from different sources.
My bank account has sufficient funds, but there were couple of days in last three months when it didn't. Shall I still produce my UK bank statements ?? Please advise.

The Best option is to submit the Maintainence Letter from your Company supporting your Dependent stay in UK since your bank statements were not consistent to support the required funds....
List of Docs :

1. Completed and signed online application form, along with the payment details
2. Original TB Test Certificate
3. Copy of the main applicant’s passport and Tier 2 visa pages
4. Copy of the main applicant’s assigned Certificate of Sponsorship
5. Latest and the expired original Passports
6. Original Marriage Certificate showing the relation between the main applicant and me
7. Maintanence Letter or Bank statements for evidence of funds
8. 2 Photos (UKBA standards).
9. Evidence of UK stay (Rental Agreement or Council/Utilities Bill)

I heard that application gets rejected due to inssufficient funds even if Sponsor's maintenece letter is supplied and was not sure if its really required for the same reason.
Do you have any knowledge on such cases.

This is Strange, If you supply A rated Sponsor Maintainence Letter mentioning the name and passport number of dependent which will be suffice to prove the maintainence part of visa.
I never heard of such cases. Usually the visa application gets rejected if you are supplying bank statements with out maintaining required funds for the continuous period of last 90 days before application date..but if you provide 'A' rated Sponsor Maintainence letter that will do.
Make sure you have all other required docs along with Maintainence letter

I am on ICT Long Term Staff Migrant visa. I have been living in London for past 1 year. I am also going to apply Visa for my wife.

Just I want to check, do we really need any address proof for staying in UK?

Because, it is not mentioned on UK website. Please suggest me for same.
