Urgent Help needed

Hi,
I will apply from Pakistan for tier2 general. I'm having real difficulty contacting IOM for TB testing. I have been trying 009251111466472 but to no avail. I have also emailed my details at uktbappointments@iom.int but haven't received a reply yet. I'm due to submit my documents inperson on Thursday. Your help/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
What options do I have?
Please reply urgently.

Has any one else encountered this problem? How long did it take to get the TB appointment? Please reply.
