Can i extend Uk visa if i owe rent ?

Hi everyone. I'm a student of a foundation course in the UK. I have a problem that i can not pay for my rent ( £780). And my landlord told me that if i do not pay for him, he will report me to the University and BAUK. I can not come back the Uk and will be arrested by immigration staff. In the addition, i need to get new Tier 4 visa for starting degree course on September. So if i do not pay rent for him, can i extend new visa? Or immigration staff will arrest me in the airport ? If you cant pay rent how will you meet your other costs uni fees etc.The landlord could phone the home office and they could decide to investigate your financial matters.

Didn't you have to provide bank statements proving that you will be able to support yourself?

The Home Office will also reject a visa application if you /can't/don't pay the fee. This may be the wrong forum to seek advice.

You should have given security deposit rent to landlord and he can deduct the present outstanding rent from it instead of making complications.
