Indian Girlfriend Looking For Tier 2 Work In UK

Hi. I have a girlfriend in Mumbai India and she is looking to get a Tier 2 work permit in the UK. She has 3 years working experiance in the hotel industry and Hilton. She is looking for a job as a receptionist/GSA in Wiltshire. I can accomodate her whilst she is here. She is currently unemployed in India. She has also studied and worked in UK before but left to go back home to Mumbai in 2012 before Visa expired. Does anyne know of any places where she can get a job here? She can provide CV on request. Thankyou for reading and any help would be very appreciated.
