Tier 2 ICT Cooling Period

Hi There,

I need some information on cooling period Tier2 ICT staff. I was having Tier2 ICT visa valid from 22nd Oct 2012 to 21st Oct 2013.
But I left UK on Sep 29th 2013 which is very much before expiry of Visa.

I heard that Cooling period of 12 months is mandatory to re-apply for T2 ICT Short time Visa. Can anyone help me with below queries.
1. Can I start COS documentation work well before completion of cooling period( sep 29th 2014) so that i can immediately travel on the very 1st day after 12 months.
2. whether UK embassy will accept applications during cooling period ?

You can "apply" only after completion of cooling off period. They will not accept application before that. If you submit, its liable to be rejected.
