Exercising treaty rights as a student

Post by wenner » Fri Jun 27, 2014 2:58 pm

Dear all,
I am a naturalised British Citizen and living with my Albanian husband in South Africa, together with our daughter. We would like to emigrate to Germany, and I would like to study, maybe German. Will my husband be able to apply for a resident card if I don't work but study, and will he be able to work with this permit, and, after one year, will he be able to travel to UK with a German residence card?
I was searching for a job, but the language barrier will make it quite difficult to get a proper job in Germany, hence my decision to study instead.Thank you in advance.
