Reapply after visa expired

Hi Guys,

I have a question. I applied for Tier 1 Ent visa and in the mean time my PSW expires. If I get a refusal from home office then can I still reapply as PSW candidate within 28 days of refusal or not.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

If tier 1 ent refused and you do not appeal then you are without any leave and that leaves you in the position. In effect as an overstayer. You have 28 days to regularise your position.by applinging for what ever tier but you have lost the continuing rights under PSW. Hence no working etc
