help! Difficulty of Tier 2 general restricted CoS

Hello, I have a question about the difficulty or competitive ratio of restricted CoS.

We are currently in our home country and found an employer in the UK. The position does not require phd and not listed in the uk shortage job list. The employer's head office in located in my home country.

Our employer has sponsorship license and finished the advertisement and now applying for restricted CoS to hire me. If you have any idea about the competitive ratio or difficulties of getting restricted CoS, please advise me! Coz we need to plan our relocation etc in a short time.

if the sponsor submits the application for the restricted CoS before 5 July they should have the decision on 11 July or shortly after.
