Visitor is working in foreign country on work visa since last 1 year,3 months.
He has opened bank account in his current working country 3 months back.
Before that he used to transfer his earned money to home country account and has 5 lakhs Fixed deposits in home country currency.
He will be sponsored by person in UK who has good salary and bank balance and will provide all payslips,6 months bank statements.
In his current working country account, someone from Uk transferred some money 1 month before he was planning to apply visa.
So now before he applies visa, the final balance will be 60% someone else's contribution and 40% his own contribution.
1>Can this create problem for the visitor like visa officer can think he is not financially independent?
2>To submit bank statements, is it ok to submit visitor's 3 months current working country account and 6 months home country account(but this account has money from lot of sources of his family ,not just visitor's salary sent )?
Or visa officer will be confused by two accounts? Also there will be of 5-6 lakhs rupees Fixed deposit from home country account.
Which below option will be better now?
3>Option 1:Is it worth waiting for another 2 months ,so that the UK transfer to visitor's current working country account becomes almost 3 months old from date of application and more 2 months visitor's salary comes in his account so that his contribution in final bank balance increases?
But still the current working country account statement will be only 5 months old and can submit home country 6 months statement? Is that ok?
OR
4Option 2:>Is it ok to wait 2 and half months so that current working country account gets 6 months old and the transfer from Uk becomes 3 and half months old and more 2 months visitor's salary comes in his account so that his contribution in final bank balance increases. And then submit only current working country 6 months statement ?Then do not submit home country account statement
and also not 5-6 lakh FD.
Any help is greatly appreciated..Thanks.
