Urgent Advice VISA Extension for Undergraduate

Hi all,
I am on student Visa (Undergraduate) until Sep 2014; as you see my visa will expire in sep 2014, with me I have my wife and 2yrs old child. I am in undergraduate course. My visa was issued in Sep 2010 when rule was "you can bring partner with you on Tier 4 Dependent Visa" according to new rule I think NO; but we applied for our daughter visa last year and we got her VISA. I have few question here. I would really appreciate if some help me. We all are in UK at the present.

1. What is process to extend visa for another year(Undergraduate Course Final year)From start to finish
2. How much maintains funds we need to show in our A/C
3. Can I pay my fee in instalments (from last three years I am paying fee via instalment) or Do i need to Show in my bank a/c ? if I have to pay in advance which is impossible for me.
4. How about my wife and kids VISA will home office issue visa for them as I said Home Office issued visa last year for my Daughter

Hi Amber,
Only concern my child and partner visa. I am not changing my course and also i am still in same university. Will home office extend stay for my child and partner?
