Got my visa after 13 months

Hi everyone,

Just want to let you all know, I have received an email from my solicitor confirming that he has received my approval letter and the documents. It was a long long waiting. My solicitor sent them three letters and I have called them almost everyday .... finally after 13 months got Visa,

this is my journey:
Application Date: 20/5/2013
Rejection Date: 10/6/2013
Court Date: 13/2/2014
Decision Date: 26/2/2014 (appeal allowed and remitted back to home office)
Approval letter and documents: 1/7/2014
BRP on its way .....

I am very very happy and just want to tell everyone who is waiting after their appeal has been allowed that the only thing you need to do is being patient. I can tell how hard it is to wait because I have personally suffered waiting that long, but one day you will receive your visa .....
I am more than happy to answer any question .......

it was rejected because my name was not on the marketing materials and we won the case based on evidential flexibility and the judge remitted the case back to home office .
