Dependant to a daugther of EEA family member

Post by samdeco100 » Wed Jul 02, 2014 9:17 am

Hello guys,

Would appreciate if any one would advise me on what to do, firstly back in 2011 I was granted a leave to remain in line ( dependant) with my spouse who was on EEA family permit 5 years dependant on her father which will expire on the 27 of July 2014 we both applied 2 month before the expire of our visa as it due at the same time, she used eea4 while I used FLR FP , fortunately her permanent residence 10 years was granted in 3 weeks even before she complete 5 years while my application is still with the home office. My question is should I send in her passport to confirm her permanent status in order to speed my application? or should I just presume they know she have been granted her permit as I wrote a cover letter explaining why I dint include her passport in my application envelop as she as applied for eea4 (permanent permit) . Any advise would be helpfully

Thanks
