Background:
Made a mistake chose MChem studied till level 2 realised it wasn't my cup of tea so applied to different uni for sport science and explained to them that i have already completed year 1 at other uni and they said they will be able to say its false start at year 1. But now the ECO has refused my application and it doesn't make sense on some parts.
This is the comment that ECO made:
If a Tier 4 (General) student has a CAS that was assigned on or after 4 July 2011, and they have previously had permission to stay as a student a Tier 4 sponsor can only give the student a CASe for a new course if that new course represents academic progression from their previous study. All sponsor need to vouch on the CAS for progression for students who have previously studied at UK. I note that you were previously issued entry clearance as a Tier 4
(General) student from 2012-2016 to undertake MChem course NQF level 7 at xxx uni. You now propose to take sports science NQF 6 at zzz uni which does not represent academic progression. In addition your education provider has noted on your CAS that progression has been made but the documents you have submitted to them do not relate to your previous studies in the UK which you have made no mention of. Therefore I am not satisfied.
What I'm confused
Firstly the ECO got the uni of which I studied wrong so hence the document supplied to zzz uni doesnt match my previous study
Secondly my new uni has stated in CAS that my previous study was a false start
I am confused with what the ECO mean
Should I send a new application again? Or should I send for admin Review?
