Need urgent advice!

Hi, I just want a few opinions on how to move forward on this issue..any help would be appreciated. Im a ukrainian citizen married to a refugee in the UK (got married after he got refugee status) and Im here in the uk on a visit visa which expired a few months ago. I gave birth to a baby in uk just a few weeks ago and now im thinking what to do. My questions:
1. Can the govt kick me and my baby out of the country coz im overstayer? My husband cannot sponsor me cos doesnt earn that much.
2. what is my baby's status in uk? Father refugee and mother illegal.
3. What can i do now?

Think your best bet is FLR (FP) though I don't know much about this visa so you'd need to wait for others or research it yourself. It's a 10 year path tho...

As I see it baby has no status but one think to watch out for is you will be liable to pay for the birth of the baby if you used the NHS for this.

To do it properly you;d have to return to Ukr, your husband regularise his stay and fulfil the financial requirements, or all move to Ukr.

The child is entitled to register as British when either parent is settled. After 5 years refugees can apply for ILR.

FLR(FP) under exception one may be appropriate insofar as there are insurmountable obstacles to family life continuing outside the UK, the latter requirement is not required when the child becomes British only that it would not be reasonable to expect the child to leave the UK.
