eea2 dependent visa

Hi there
i moved down to UK with my wife from germany this april.my wife got german passport and i got indian passport.i got 6 months visa when we move down from germany and my visa is going to expire on 15th of july i got application form ready with my wifes payslip only problem is we havent got utility bill yet and when we been to open bank account they only opened one on my wifes name.i got NI letter on the same name. will it be a issue if i will send my application without utility bill and joint bank accoutn statement. we are maaried from last 8 yrs.

Utility bills or joint bank accounts does not matter if you sent tendency agreement,I assume you moved in the uk on family permit.
