Regarding tier 4 pending application

Hi there

I was following your website for couple of days to get some information regarding student visa. So decided to email you today, I am an international student and finished my psw visa on feb 2014 I have applied for pgd course from a college and that college has been revoked 2 weeks ago , now my question is my file is still pending in home office , and they haven't send me any letter. Or anything . What will be my next step. Will be really appreciating if you can show me any way

i applied for tier 4 as well and i m still waiting for my result..can u tell me when did u apply for visa because i applied 5th April 2014.

I applied on 8th of February 2014 and my college was revoked 2/3 weeks ago. I have contacted two solicitor and they are saying to wait And I couldn't find any proper guidance on home office web site.i think I will write to home office to know the update if my application ...

okay..but i applied 5th April and my college is not in suspended list of colleges..no need to wait just write to home office wherever u applied because u waiting for u r result from 5 month and its not good..i think i have to ring them as well because i need to go my country to c my family i hnvt seen them from long time.

If the college has been suspended then your application will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the suspension
If your college has been revoked you will receive a letter stating you have 60 days to find another college.
If you supplied a SELT from TOEIC there maybe other issues.

Best course of action is to seek another CAS from another college if you know the current college is actually revoked. Once you receive the 60 day letter you will then be in a postion to apply again.
