Tier 2 ICT before April 2011

Hi,

I got my Tier 2 ICT Visa in MArch 2011 and came to UK in July 2012 . Since then I have been working in the UK.

When do I become eligible for ILR ? Until when I have to stay in UK to apply for ILR ? Please answer me .

I believe you are not eligible for ILR as your visa (Tier 2 ICT) was granted after April 2010.
But, you can switch to Tier 2 (General) in country in order to eligible for ILR after 5 years.

According to the new rules talked about on the top of this board, he won't get Tier 2 General for the 5 years to be eligible for ILR.
