On 7 july 2014, I was booking online for an appointment for my Tier 2 general visa. I selected the desired date(which was 16July 2014) and filled all the bank details and when I clicked next it displayed message saying 'Your selected appointment is no longer available.' No idea why it said that. And immidiately i got email from wordlPay saying 'Your transaction has been processed by WorldPay, on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration. We have received your payment of £1001.00 for United Kingdom Visas & Immigration service Tier 2 Migrant paper form application. Thank you.' . But there is no confirmation regarding my appointment. So I email to 'PEOAppointmentRefunds@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' asking what should i do. Today they sent me an email to enter the details and where and when I want the appointment. I have emailed them back with the details. I just checked my bank account the money has gone '£1001' and on the description it says ' PEO PRE-PMT , LIVERPOOL GB'. I have no idea what is PEO PRE. I made an appointment for Croydon.
So what is happening? Will I get the appointment? My money has already gone. Does anyone know the number where I can call?
Or there is nothing to panic. Please help. All my application is ready..
